There are plenty of people, from all walks of life, who think they are living a "Positive" lifestyle, or have a positive mindset. But they are not happy. I know, I was one of them. Problem is, you read all this stuff about having a positive outlook, and none of it tells you just how to BE HAPPY . Buz McGuire has taken that blank space, and filled it with a loving, simple and brain-dead-easy method for going from down and depressed to happy in a week. He even gives you permission to do it faster if you want. What a nice guy
